Access Client Contract Information
 

In addition to various phone support lines, VALIC offers an on-line system to enable you to further service your client needs.

What information and services does the Advisor Tool provide?

  • View summary and detailed account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • View account history and pending transactions.
  • View account statements.
  • Review unit values and fixed-interest option rates.
  • View fund performances (year-to-date 1-, 2-, 3-, 5-, 10-year and since inception).
  • View fund profiles.
  • Set up and change your password.


What is needed to access the Advisor Tool?

  • Before accessing the Advisor Tool, you will need to set up a password. Go to the login page at https://groups.valic.com/agilenet3. The login page may also be accessed by clicking on the Advisor Tool icon in the Advisor Resource Center.

    To begin, you will need your VALIC advisor code. Under Advisor User ID on the log in page, enter your 5 digit advisor code. Enter a leading zero prior to your code if your code is only 4 digits For example, if your advisor code is 6590, then enter 06590.

    In the "Password" field, enter your initial password. This initial password is only valid for the first access and will not work again. Your initial password will be your birth date in the format of "yyyymmdd." For example, if your birth date is May 11, 1960, then enter "19600511."

    Next, hit the enter button. You will be prompted to reset your password; press "continue." The password you choose:

    • Must have at least 8 characters and at most 12 characters.
    • Must have at least 1 lower-case letter.
    • Must have at least 1 upper-case letter.
    • Must be a combination of letters and at least one number.
    • Must have at least one number and the number must be located in the second through the next-to-last position of the password.

    An example of an acceptable password would be "Success24Us" or "Work2gether."

    You will also be prompted to set up a security question and answer. Once this information is established, you will have immediate access to your clients' account information.

    Should you forget your password, you can have it reset by calling VALIC at (877) 246-4501 (opt. 2, then follow the applicable prompts) from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (CT), Monday through Friday.
